Who I am: |
Yes...I know I look abit goth in the pic, but
it\\\'s one of the most recent I have, and it
was Halloween...I\\\'ll find a better I
promise.
First, a little about what I am not. I am not
a \\\'player\\\' or any some such. I am not
out for one night stands, or any other piece
of furnature. I am neither perfect, nor under
some illusion that I am. I am not interested
in flinging myself into a relationship
without becoming friends at the same time.
Long after kids are grown and *** has
cooled...friendship will last.
Now on to a little about me. I believe that a
man should be just that. But any good man has
to know how to be a bit of a boy at heart and
still have fun doing the little things. I
like opening doors for my lady, and picking
up the check. I just do.
I prefer to drink coffee I grind myself and
fresh hot tea.
I love to make things, and have done
everything from build houses to build fine
furniture.
I have degrees in English, Literature,
Creative Writing, and Japanese. I have a
large and well rounded background, so
whatever you are into, I likely have some
experience with it, and am anxious to know
more if you want to share. Life is about
learning.
I am a kid too (remember the whole man/boy
thing?).
I love to play board games and read joke
books and play with silly putty, and my
slinky. I love to watch football and play
golf and tennis and raquetball and
well...pretty much just play.
There is simply nothing more important on
this planet than my family and friends. Next
to family and friends comes my honor and my
loyalty. When I give my word and
my promise, I would quite rather die horribly
than fail in my promise. I also feel that
there is nothing more important in a
relationship than communication. If you
can\\\'t talk to your partner, about anything
and everything, then there is going to be
trouble. Maybe not now...but soon...and
forever...(yes...bad me...movie quotes are
fun though)
I am a very tactile person. I like to touch.
I held down a job as a massage therapist for
awhile and was pretty good at it....until I
figured out I couldn\\\'t do that and
actually eat occasionally.
